Reference 5168G (white gold)

Reference 5168G-001 was launched in 2017 to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Aquanaut. It features a larger (42.2mm diameter) white gold case with a striking blue dial and blue rubber strap. Despite the larger case size, it features the same caliber 324 SC as the 5167A.

In 2019, Patek introduced reference 5168G-010 with a green dial and khaki strap. This dial variation resembles the super rare (<10 made) 5167A-010 produced for a handful of top Patek clients in 2010/2011. It is important to note that khaki straps produced for the 5168G-010 do not fit on smaller 5167As due to the extra lug width.
